Controls changing with gravity direction makes it very confusing, would be easier if left always moved left, up always moved up, and the jump key changed depending on gravity direction.
I like it this way, adds more challenge to an already short experience. And your final input about jump key couldn't exist alongside the previous ones you suggested.
